Mysteries of Catal Huyuk - This web-site provides an interactive activity that allows the student to explore the first Neolithic village of the New Stone Age that existed 9,000 years ago. Viewers will be amazed at the life style, technology, and daily life of this early civilization. It is a wonderful resource for factual information, real images, and exciting exploration of past cultures. My students will be responsible for completing of a corresponding worksheet as they explore the site.

City-states will develop their own flag and motto for our big day. Be prepared since the winner will not receive a crown from the olive tree, but points towards their grade!
