Shodor Transmographer - Interactive tool for learning translations, reflections, and rotations.

2 Step Equations - Interactive site for solving 2 step equations.
A Plus Math - Interactive online practice and printable worksheets. Also, flashcards and games like Concentration, Matho and Hidden pictures.. All grades and topics.
Explore Learning 'Gizmos' - Interactive gizmos to explain Math concepts
Fourth Grade Skill Builders - Interactive math site for 4th grade Math
Geogebra Lines and Angle Relationship Investigations - An investigation of corresponding, alt interior, and alt exterior angles. Excellent.
Grade 4/5 Math Stories - What a hoot!!!
Jr High Math Interactives - Videos and interactive lessons on a variety of topics.
National Library of Virtual Manipulatives. - Virtual manipulatives to explain Math concepts. Very Good

Games

Cool Math games - A hotsheet of all sorts of mathematical games to play online.
Decention game - A cool game with 9 levels to practice converting between decimals, percents, and fractions.
Get smart - Interactive testing and learning site that allows students to compare results with the rest of the world. Very cute!!
Illuminations/Tangram puzzle - This site is a site within the illuminations website. Kids will fill in shapes with all 7 tangram pieces to make them fit.
Set game - A game where you try to organize figures into sets based on various atributes. Not an easy one!!

Polyhedra

Guess the View! - Take a look at 3-D figures and guess which view you are looking at.
Illuminations Geometry - A unique way to discover polyhedra.
MathsNet Geometry Page - Fascinating interactive website on geometry topics.
Paper Models of Polyhedra - It's just what the title says. Nets can be printed in color or in black and white.
Rotate the View - Another look at views of 3D objects.
