Consult the many print resources in the library, including encyclopedias & atlases, specific country & continent titles. Also, use the online databases, including GROLIER. These links will provide additional info. Check back often, as new sites may be added.

*Country Studies - Library of Congress site that gives the online version of the print Area Handbooks. However, not all-inclusive, as its focus is on regions in which U.S. forces might be deployed
