The Library of Congress Collection - Images from the various collections.
freedigitalphoto.net - Free Photos Download royalty free photos and illustrations for websites, newspapers, magazines, video and TV productions, iPhone applications, PowerPoint presentations, forums, blogs and school work.

Videos

National Archive - Through the NARA partnership with Google, 101 historical videos are available for viewing and download in ARC. Previously they were available on Google Video, but all will be made available on the National Archives' YouTube Channel.
