Microsoft Office Picture Manager (part of Office Tools) - This simple and easy-to-use tool can be very useful to do simple editing of images files, such as reducing the size of your image file, cropping, or simple 'touch up'! If you have Microsoft Office at home, this 'Office Tool' should already be included in your Office Suite of applications.
