Introduction
Students will create a six slide PowerPoint presentation based on the title 'Night of the Twister'. The presentation will include a title slide at the beginning, four content slides and a Works Cited slide at the end. The content slides will each contain a selected quote, an image that illustrates the quote and original student writing about the quote. There should be a minimum of four citations on the Works Cited page, one for each image. All citations should be in MLA format.

CCPS Online Databases

Britannica School Databases - Enter a search term to access useful articles. Review the results page for useful images and links to websites that may contain good images.
ELibrary Database - Enter the database and choose to search pictures by removing all checkmarks except the one below camera icon. Enter a search term such as KMart or tornadoes and search for useful pictures.

Websites

Pics4Learning - A copy-right friendly site containing thousands of images donated by students, teachers and photographers for educational use.

Citations

Easybib.com - Use this site to create citations for websites or other materials gathered from sources outside the databases. The databases will save time by providing proper citations.
